Correct spark plug wire retainer used on most Chevy small block engines including 302, 307, 327, 350, 400 produced from 1969-1971. This very special bracket is often lost over the years. It mounts on the LH front valve cover bolt hole and has a provision for the temp gauge wire. This bracket was used on both stamped steel valve covers and finned aluminum valve covers.
