Preston Petty Products Works GP Grips

Made for 7/8″ handlebars.

The Works GP Grips are an exact copy of the grips that Preston produced back in the ’70’s. The style of these grips is a combination of Preston’s original Hex Grips with the added grip portion to include finger grooves. This design was specifically produced for a more comfortable and natural feel while riding or racing.

VMX Magazine has been trying out a prototype version on the VMX KDX 175 and found them to be very comfortable, especially the rubber compound, as the grips are produced with an extra soft and more durable rubber that was available in the ’70’s. The new materials meet all appropriate certification for international standards. They will on y be in black colour at this time.

We suggest using black ENAMEL spray paint to adhere them to the bars. Do not use safety wire, the part glues them on perfectly.
