SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti-6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material. A hex on one end of the studs allows them to be easily installed and removed, in addition, they won’t rust like steel hardware.
Turbo systems are known to put exhaust components through their paces. 12-point Ti nuts and M8 washers provide excellent clamping force and will keep your setup free from exhaust leaks through extreme heat cycles and vibration. When service is required, the corrosion resistance of titanium will make it just as easy to uninstall – long-term serviceability and reusability are the objectives.
Available in standard (raw) or burnt titanium finish.
