SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti-6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material. A hex on one end of the studs allows them to be easily installed and removed, in addition, they won’t rust like steel hardware.
The heat and vibrations from a turbo diesel are notoriously difficult for exhaust components. Whether you are running a stock or aftermarket manifold, Ti hardware will allow you to secure it to the head with adequate torque, ensuring all the exhaust gasses get to your turbo without leaking out. The provided titanium nuts and washers provide excellent clamping force. In addition, you won’t need to worry about stripping or breaking the hardware as they are rust and corrosion-proof.
