SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti 6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material. A hex on one end of the studs allows them to be easily installed and removed, in addition, they won’t rust like steel hardware.
12-point Ti nuts provide excellent clamping force for your aftermarket header or turbo manifold, ensuring leak-free operation through extreme heat cycles and vibration. When service is required, the corrosion resistance of titanium will make it just as easy to uninstall – long-term serviceability and reusability are the objectives.
Available in standard (raw) or burnt titanium finish.
